Adjunct Faculty, UMB Physician Assistant Program
Kaitlyn Ayerle is a certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience in emergency medicine, providing care to both adult and pediatric patients at Doctors Emergency Services PA. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore Physician Assistant Program in collaboration with Anne Arundel Community College, Ms. Ayerle previously served as class president and was recognized on the Dean’s List for three years.
Since 2018, she has practiced full-time in emergency medicine and has also worked in dermatology and orthopedics, with a strong focus on pediatric care. Ms. Ayerle previously taught in the UMB PA Program in both Pediatric Medicine and Applied Medical Science, earning praise for her clinically grounded and engaging teaching style. She brings enthusiasm, clinical expertise, and a deep commitment to student learning to the Pediatric Medicine I course.
